Make things a little brighter: Help bring holiday magic to over 1000foster children and other children in need. Remember your first bike? With its shiny paint and gleaming wheels - you just couldn't wait to ride it, couldn't wait to feel the wind in your face and see the road blur beneath your feet. No one ever forgets their first bicycle, and for kids who've had a rough start in life, a bicycle can literally be a symbol of a freedom they've never had before. And if that bike comes straight from the jolly old elf, Santa, it's the gift that child never forgets. Every year since 1974, FamiliesFirst has hosted the FamiliesFirst "Foster Santa" Parties to bring the joy of a new bicycle to hundreds of children in need. You, too, can be one of Santa's helpers and make hundreds of dreams come true this holiday season by supporting this event. Last year, FamiliesFirst hosted 7 "Foster Santa" parties. FamiliesFirst "Foster Santa" is funded 100% by community donations. Your gift will be used to purchase the bicycles, helmets and locks that can create holiday magic for these children.
